Drilling Fluid Measurement Unit

An innovative laboratory equipment streamlining the measurement of drilling fluid properties. Accurate, automated, and compatible with modern drilling fluid engineering software.

It captures key drilling fluid parameters such as rheology, density, temperature, and pH, facilitating automated data acquisition and efficiency improvement over manual methods.

Functions

  • Measure rotational viscosity (3, 6, 100, 200, 300, 600 rpm) and density (API 13B standard) up to 65°C.
  • Calculate initial/final cut, PV (Plastic Viscosity), and YP (Yield Point).
